All Sales are Final
At this time, all products are under $30 and the store is in its infancy. I simply cannot anticipate how many returns I might get or the reasons for a return and frankly, the shipping and logistics, etc. would be too taxing.
All products for sale on the website are new and most of them are just stickers that cost a few bucks, so if you don’t like the item for whatever reason when you get it, you can just give it to a friend or something. All items have been represented on the website by actual photos of the items, so there should be no reason for a return. It is the item you ordered.
However, if you get the wrong item; as in you order a particular sticker and get the wrong one or you order a signed copy of my book and you get one that isn’t signed, etc., please just contact me directly via the contact form here on the website. I will make it right, I promise and you will probably also get a few free items to make up for any trouble you were caused.
What if I HATE Your Book?
Well, in the event that you feel like the book wasn’t what you expected and not worth the ~$20 you spent, I do value feedback and would be open to any criticism of the constructive variety. If you are just going to light me up and try to make me feel like shit because you had a bad day or something along those lines, I won’t continue to read your message. Otherwise, I will refund your money and you don’t even need to send back the book. Just give it to someone who might like it or leave it on the bookshelf at an Air B and B or something.
